The two lines went from the rear of the car, behind and under the rear seats (where the line was crimped by the seat), along the floorboard, under the front seats through the firewall to the engine bay.

The line with just the coolant went to a tapped coolant line on the right side of the block (standing in the front of the car).

The line with the coolant/fuel went to a diesel filter/heater contraption on the left side of the block (standing in the front of the car).
The particular line is that red line that is rising to the contraption I mentioned. It has two clamps above it.

When I removed the filter/heater contraption the coolant line was empty leading me to the assumption of the blockage by the crud and the rear seat.

That's all for now, I will post further during the week.
