In Nicaragua, this condition of car may be the norm! A Diesel 190 may also be very rare there, so there may not be many to choose from. In the States, a car in that condition would definitely be a beater at best. Not sure what the exchange rate for their currency is, but 4-6 hundred American dollars will buy a car in that condition here.
