I'd keep looking at orings and electrial glitches personally although a can of fuel conditioner and two new filters wouldn't harm anything and arent expensive.

More info about when it stalls and how it starts back up would be helpful.

Did the SOV receive a new oring when it was installed? A leaky oring there can cause a stall and a run on/delayed shutdown condition.

Does it fire back up first turn of the key as soon as you roll to a stop? Always?

K40 relays can be bad in the box. Rare, but possible.

Could be a crank position sensor. Not a common failure either, but possible.
