Thanks for the help. Per the CD instructions, I have removed the interior trim around the rearview mirror adjustment knob, removed the trim around the seat adjustment and door handle, removed the bolt holding the large door handle to the door, and removed the trim around the actual door lock on the side of the door.

Are there any other srews the CD did not mention? I will try pushing in and up.
