It should pull straight out. You either need to try to get behind it and push or make up some "hooked" rods that you can slip in between the cluster and the housing surrounding it. You should be able to pull it out a little then reach in behind it and undo the speedo cable and then the oil pressure line. Use a "backup" wrench when loosening the oil pressure line. Not too sure about replacing the line.
