Clean everything off and drive for a couple of days to see if you can verify where the leak is coming from.

I also second checking the fittings. I thought my lower one was bad a few months after the motor was changed in my old 300sd. Turned out the shop had never tightened it down properly. When the tech put his fingers on it he was able to move the nut by hand.

Chances you can key off before damage is done, should the hose let go, are to my understanding pretty slim.
