I've seen some Latino guys on TV who have modified their rides to adjust the height? I've also seen chairs on TV that will raise up for folks who have trouble standing up.

Rig up a 124 wagon to raise up some when the motor is stopped and lower back to normal riding height when motor is started. Maybe that would meet expectations?
