You may have the same problem I do, if all your vacuum elements are working. The actuaters are inside the box, my left one also sticks and I have tried many tricks like spraying silicone lube on it from the right side. It is some kind of siscor linkage off the vacuum valve. I gave up and wedged a piece of wood against the flap, this summer I will pull it out for a/c
