Last time (month or so ago) I renewed my subscription I too had problems with the system refusing my request. I tried several times then sent an email to EPC. Someone there updated the subscription -- but then my system requests kicked in -- so now I have something like a three years' subscription.

EPC is probably based on ancient technology and someone has made the decision to not spend any money keeping it up. The parts people at my local dealer have confided to me that they have problems too, from time to time.

Keep trying, it will eventually accept you.
