Thanks for the lead, but now the plot thickens.
My friend gave me his supposed Euro fuel pump relay before he sold his car. I didn't know which one it was but he took out the red relay with a fuse on top and put it in my car and told me that was the fuel pump relay. Could it actually be the over voltage relay instead? The fuse and cover on the top were kinda lose, so maybe the fuse lost contact. Could this have caused the problems with the ABS light and high idle?
