The officer obviously had intent to shoot him. Plus it looks like used all his bullets in the gun. I wonder if it is like the recent case in Canada where the officer used all nine bullets. Six of them after the student went down.

It must be an uncomfortable sensation to empty your gun into someone and still continue to pull the trigger and hear that impotent clicking sound. Clearly the man needed an extended magazine, if not a Thompson submachine gun.
