And there are no other bars in a 10-mile radius of this one? You like her, go out with her. You don't like her, ignore her.
You're not her gynecologist and she's not your shrink. You're just her boss's occasional customer -- or hers, if she happens to own the place. As long as you're not paying her for drinks right after boinking her, even such a professional relationship is irrelevant.
Man up, do whatever you want, and stop asking your "friends" like a high-school girl thinking about a prom date.
