Alright I discovered that there is a screw on the bottom near the floor that attaches the bottom part of the bench to the rail that slides it back and forth. The one on the left is missing for me, and I tried removing the one on the right but I couldn't. I would like to see what it looks like so I could buy another one.

Anyone know what these screws are and how you take them off?
