You can eliminate a vac connection to the fuel pressure regulator right off the top; there is none. The FPR is contained in the fuel distributor, and has no vac connection. If what you are looking at is a rectangular device mounted towards the front of the engine, with two small diameter steel lines connected to it, it is the warm up regulator (WUR), and there should be at least one and perhaps two vac lines connected.
