any chance you have a camera phone to post up some pics of the "rubbed" part of the line? the most common failure of the oil line is from the driver's motor mount collapsing and letting the power steering belt contact the oil cooler hose.
if you get to an auto parts store, you may be able to purchase a splice for the hose, and cut out the damaged part, and use 4 HOSE CLAMPS to hold the splice in place until you get home.
all you'd need is a knife, the 15mm or 5/8" ribbed splice and a screwdriver for the hose clamps. I've done this in the past, and it's held well.
