How do you know that fuel is getting to the pump and that it is not something simple? I saw once where a tech over adjusted the bolts for the side cover on the pump to stop an oil leak. This stuck the rack in the off position and....guess what? No crank. Take to good old timer independant and spend the money for diagnosis. This will be money will spent.
