The three best things you can do for your '95 Diesel
And they don't cost very much.
1) New motor mounts. The difference it makes is astounding.
2) EGR Delete. Really perks the car up.
3) Change your fuel filters. You don't know what you're missing with dirty filters.
I experienced No. 3 today. My car was running fine, but I could tell by the way it pulled at higher RPM that it was not pulling hard like it should. Struggling to reach max RPM. New pre filter and main filters this morning. Now we're talking! Steps down a gear with moderate throttle and really pulls hard right up to 5K.
So get on it, 606 folks!
