Agree with Jeremy. Those problems are minor. Get all new plastic fuel lines and if you are handy it is not a bad DIY except you will probably want to take the crossover pipe and intake manifold off. The flex disks are also DIYable but much easier with a lift. Same for steering components.

Do not get a new wiper and trans. Find one from a boneyard. I paid about $100 for mine. Because of the eccentric motion there is a lot of wear and tear on these wiper trannys, so they do wear out. Just make sure they will take it back if it is worn out. This is easily DIYable also. You may be able to get a couple more years out of yours by lubing it, on the replacement unit I got it was the type which is not easy to open and lube, so I carefully drilled a hole in mine and shot it full of lithium grease from an aerosol can and plugged the hole with silicone. Been running much better for a couple years now. Was starting to slow down before I lubed it.
