The engine shocks apparently do not go bad very often. The engine shock MOUNTS do fail. I used Flexane as discussed in another thread to repair the mounts. So far it is working.

I cleaned the old rubber out then put a piece of plastic bag on a 2x4 and screwed the empty shock mount to the 2x4. Next I poured the Flexane and pushed the metal piece down into the mix.

A drill bit was used to maintain the hole for the shock. Be sure to use the correct proportions of hardener. A cheap Harbor Freight postage or drug scale works well. Stir the mixture well. I called the company and they recommend transferring the mix to a 2nd container and continuing to stir.
