I did read the article, which glossed over the fact that one needs willing participants, not just an audience, to conduct "the ritual" as he described. Too often, the response from those who have experienced it is "No, then you will know what I know."

I am not against the hopefully cathartic effect it may yield, just commenting that getting participation isn't as easy as it sounds.
