I looked at a CLA yesterday at Park Place in Dallas. A lot of car for the money. It reminded me of the first E-class I looked at in 1986 from an initial viewing standpoint. It is easy to see why they are selling at the rate they are.

The real question is how well will they hold up? The 190 E seemed like a deal at the time, but how many of them do you see still running around vs. any 123?

I also discovered I will never own an SLS since I cannot deal with the G-force the thing generates on take off. In my dotage I can no longer deal with a 0-60 of 3.2, as if I ever could, but the price of the used one I was looking at, $174,000, appeared to be somewhat of a bargain as these cars go. This was a coupe and not a roadster.
