I am thinking I have the vacuum lines correct now, but still wont shut down using key. Thinking vacumn Diaphram must be busted. Unless yall can think of something else. Engine also is idling very high adjusted linkage not much releif. depressing stop lever still does not kill engine. Thus my thinking diaphram must be torn. Thanks so much for all of your help
