In Ontario, annual sticker fee is $74 CDN ($48US) for pax vehicles plus a $35 ($23US) 'Clean Air' pollution test every 2 yrs for cars 3 to 20 years old (diesels get a visual rather than a dyno test and most mechs will sign-off if they can still see the other end of the shop after you start it up).
