Day 2: Still snowing in the midlands of South Carolina. My Cul-De-Sac has about 4" of ice, the major shopping center which is about a mile or so from my house closed down yesterday, and today looks no better. To leave my house, it's a 1/4 mile drive down a hill and the road is solid ice too.
What is up with this weather ?
