So Kansas decided to legalize religious discrimination against gays. The bill passed 72-49. The Senate is expected to pass the bill. Republican Gov will probably sign it into law.

Given that there is no protection for gays against discrimination (thank you US House Republicans) I wonder if there is a legal argument against this giant step backward.
