Hi thought this whould be of interest , I have just changed the throttle body on my R 129 , intermittent acceleration , the car now feels as though it as gained 2 moor pots , it is running so much better .
Part was quoted as above £1 K from dealers did the reaserch and found a 2nd hand one for £250 from germany tested and fully cleaned.
So glad I bit the bullet and did it not a easy job but well worth it .
