Have used Geico in the past (for home and auto, ~ 10 years running). Switched to Liberty Mutual ~ 20 years ago, and haven't looked back other than to recheck pricing and service levels in the market every few years. Liberty has consistently better pricing and service rankings; my experience across multiple claims has been excellent.
