One questions:
1. Did you think you needed the new blower motor because no air was coming out the vents?

- If yes and the new motor tested good but now does not function and you have verified that the fuses are good, then you most likely have a bad electrical ignition connector.

The interesting thing is that, with this problem, you will indeed hear the vent dampers turning when you press buttons but you will not hear the fan motor. They operate independant of one another.

So, provided you hooked up the motor and the connections are sound then I would strongly lean toward the ignition fault.

Also, if the original motor was thought to be bad, test it now. If it rotates then I'll bet you my benz that the ignition is the issue.
