The Russian EPC helped a little. At least now I know it's a 716.214 trans. Unfortunately they didn't list which shift arm is which. I THINK I have it right but I'd like to verify.

I decided to lengthen the reverse shift rod and leave the 1-2 and 3-4 rods as is. It all depends on where you mount the shifter assembly and I think I have that sorted. I'll post pics in my build thread as I get everything mounted.
