Cost varies depending on the type of wood you want and materials plus labor involved. I can say that a custom shifter knob is $250 flat, and that includes any type of wood and any color stain plus any design you want. In my case, I let him do his own design, I just wanted something more bulkier than the small knob that came with the car. The design was his idea, even adding the MB star at the top. I am very satisfied with it.
