On the Fuel Filter Bolt if it is a Copper Crush Washer take it and hang it on a Wire and heat the Crush Washer Red Hot and dip it in Water and that will soften it.

If that does not work the Filter Housing could be warped, cracked or the surface where the Washer seats is no longer smooth.

I have the item in the Pic listed as a NU-lip bonded aluminum washer. I don't know if that is what Ace Hardware calls them but one of our Members claims that they sell Washers like the pictured one and that it fixed his leaking problem.

Anoter option is go get a used one from a later Model the uses the O-ring on both ends of the Filter Bolt at the Junk Yard.
