Not sure if they'd fit, I'm not that familiar with these older cars to be honest. Let me get a wheel off them this weekend and check the condition of the pads too (I'm assuming you want the pads too, as I certainly have no use for them, haha). Want the rubber lines as well? They were new about 6 months ago.
