Oil cooler is the other side, the engine looks just like the one in your 300SDL ( I had an 87 300SDL) the only external difference being on the exhaust side. the 300SDL has that pipe where the Trap Oxidizer was, this one doesn't have that. It makes that side of the engine much neater.
