F'n ridiculous. Anyone who started smoking at any point after the 60's has no one to blame but themselves.

My grandmother died of emphysema so I never smoked a cigarette, although I enjoy the occasional cigar. That said, I don't care one way or the other.

As long as they're legal, the federal govt is as culpable as the tobacco companies. Not coincidentally, the addiction to cigarettes is rivaled by the govt's addiction to the tax revenue.
