Wasting time with biocide...I think your problem is on the exhaust side. Try disconnecting the exhaust and see if you get your mojo back. If that doesn't work, check to see if your wastegate is open. If that doesn't work, pull off the intake hose and check if the turbine spins easily: it could be clogged with carbon.
