Where exactly does it say what went down during the argument? From reading the article, I see that he had his insurance cancelled, went to the office to dispute it, something happened and he got physically removed from the office. What I don't know is what exactly happened. Without that, how do we know what went down in the office? Having worked in retail, I KNOW for a fact that there are a lot of disgruntled customers who do strange things. So, if that happened, it might explain why they got sore at having to pay out to some jerk.
We had a customer that demanded a refund for an item that was OBVIOUSLY used. Also had a customer that demanded a warranty on an item that he bought from the store that was in that location. Only problem is it was a different company that went out of business.
