Mike, this has nothing to do with political correctness. The PC movement was started by people who were disgruntled with having to reword, in positive and more accurate terms, ways of addressing certain groups of people. ie., people who were handicapped were challenged; not somehow lacking in ability. Eventually, we got used to saying African American and flight crew instead of negro and air hostess.

The advocates of politically correct speech may be among those boycotting those businesses, but the boycott isn't a matter of changing the language to make blacks feel better about the killing. It's a clear cut racial issue.
