here's the first comment . the argument has always been about heat buildup so if you are considering kleen wheel type devices, you should research which ones have the best venting configuration. i have seen the insides of wheels with kleen wheels and they get caked with brake dust because it has nowhere else to go. i imagine the calipers get just as dirty and caked brake dust is nasty and corrosive. lastly, if you have open / spoke type wheels, kleen wheels will make it look like you have hub caps on
