Hey, Cobalt is a super nice boat. I have owned the following:

1960 14' fiberglass fishing boat - unknown brand with 10 HP Honda engine
1961 14' Steury fiberglass runabout - 40 HP Evinrude outboard with pull start! My first "ski" boat.
1988 15' K-craft "Needlenose" An outboard drag boat with a 150HP Mercury 6 cylinder. Most impractical boat ever, it would nearly sink when you came to a standstill. It was a lot of fun though.
1976 18' Glasstron - Tri hull, 120HP Mercruiser. This boat was a lot of fun because it was like a car, back it in, twist the key and go. Ran great, good economy.
1985 19' Stingray - V-hull, 140HP Mercruiser. Another really fun, practical boat. I would run 53 MPH which I thought was pretty good for a 4cyl.

I just used the boats for pleasure, cruising the lakes and waterways, pulling skiers and inflatables. North Carolina likes are often shallow (at least locally) and I got kind of sick of bottom strikes and losing props so I lost interest. Probably would still own something with a jet drive or a pontoon/deck boat, maybe in the future at some point.
