when you get the wires under the back seat make sure that you tape them down completely so that when you remove your rear seat next time you will not rip the wires out of the speakers. Since you are running wires anyway now would be a great time to run a 4gauge power wire, 4 channels of RCA cables and a 16 gauge remote turn on wire to the trunk for an amp later. Leave the excess wire rolled up under the front seat. What head unit will you install? Hopefully another Sony.
