Not necessarily.

The air bubble can form while the car is sitting overnight. It would create a hard start / rough idle situation until it is cleared from the fuel lines with the returned-to-tank fuel.

If the fuel lines are still clear, and you can see them all, then you may be able to see the air in the lines or the lack of air in the lines.
