It looks like Dieselkraut already installed the transmission. I'd rather not backtrack and further postpone getting the new car, as my old 190D is no longer road legal thanks to salvage title BS interfering with registration renewal. I'll see how it handles as is, maybe I'll end up buying the diesel flywheel in a month or so.
I was reading that it's easier to stall the engine during takeoff with a lighter flywheel, so it wil be interesting adjusting to a taller 1st gear. For the sake of science, could you weigh the different flywheels?
