Every intact mb toolkit USED to have the tool. It's for the front wheels mainly, but all 4 wheels benefit from the use of it.

When removing the wheel, after you remove the first lug, you insert the tool into the vacated lug spot, then you remove the other lugs and then the tire. When you replace the tire on the car, the tool makes it simple to align the holes for lug installation.
