The flywheel, pressure plate, clutch disc, and input shaft will all be turning. The driveshaft and output shaft will be still. If, when you disengage the clutch the noise stops, it's most likely related to the input shaft (bearing most likely). If the noise occured when the clutch was disengaged, it would be the throw out bearing.
