Since we're not trying to integrate it into an existing system it all looks pretty simple actually.
I do have another question that's just popped into my head though which is regarding the starter position. The starter can go on either the left or the right side of the engine. Our starter is on the left side as you look at the front of the engine where the pulleys and belt are, but there is of course a big hole on the right hand side of the engine where the space for the starter goes. It there some kind of blanking plate for that side to cover it over or is it just left open ?
