Hi all,

I'm a new owner of an '82 300SD. I love the car and I'm just starting to get to work on it.

One of my main new tasks is installing my new Sony Bluetooth MP3/CD player. I bought it from Crutchfield and I have the adapter set they sell.

My big problem is that I can't find a way through the firewall to bring constant power from my fuse box to my stereo. I can't find any DIY tutorials or videos and even the Crutchfield techs were stumped on this one.

I've tried putting wire through the grommets in the engine, but I can't find where the wire is going. I pulled the carpet back around the gas pedal but couldn't see anything.

Would love any help on this!
