make that 2.5 and still having problems with chicken skin.I had tank off and cleaned,with cleaning solvent.When I have time I will use old tank as a mold,and make me a fiberglass main tank.Grease was fun until the rendering company got tight with the health department,and forced all eateries to use a render service.Thhey claim it keeps down the rat,population.
