Hey Brandon,,,,,my thirty years in the oil lubrication supply business gives my heart a tug with your posting,,,,application, oil tech., keeping updated on req., and running all sizes of trucks,,,there are a few basics one must account for, in terms of mech. failure....oil sample anaylist is a very useful tool,,,the cost of regular sampling is $15.00 to 35.00 depending upon various testings. (a metal test will show or not show what has started to fail in your engine) just my thoughts,,,
