Far as I know, ford is not bankrupt nor in a bailout situation. If you want to start down that path then I agree with you, they should not be paid millions. However I don't see anything wrong with a CEO getting paid a nice hefty bonus for his or her leadership. I was in a position where I was very underpaid while the CEO got a 42 million dollar bonus. I got out of there to work for a better company, as anyone who is unhappy about that should.
