I'll post my how-to when I do the job.

I was checking things out yesterday and I think I might not have to do the lower control arm bushings as they seem tight. Upper and lower ball joints need to be replaced as do the torsion bar bushings (source of my low speed groan) plus the guide rod mounts. As long as I don't have to do the lower bushings it looks like I can do the job without removing the springs (as outlined in the manual).
